*Failure to follow rules will result in a $50 fee.

*Refunds are only made if there is an emergency

*Reschedules with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a $35 fee unless it's an emergency

*The door across from the bathroom is to remain locked AT ALL TIMES.

* Props in the green room and main area are available for anyone to use. Please do not use anything in the dressing room unless you've paid for the premium booking. The plastic drawer and some dresses with a label stating it is for the studio owner only, is NEVER available for use.

*The mirror in the dressing room is not to be moved. It is not a prop.

*Food and drinks are allowed, but please keep them away from the bed and linen and sweep away any crumbs and take trash with you to prevent critters.

*Please clean up after yourself and put props back into its place when finished. The studio should be left clean and tidy for the next booking, if next booker reports it was left untidy you will be charged a $50 fee.

*If using glitter and confetti, please clean up after yourself. If glitter or confetti is found, a $50 cleaning fee is subject to be charge. The broom can be found in hallway towards the bathroom.

*If blankets or props are soiled, please place them in the brown wicker clothing basket in the dressing room and NOTIFY the studio owner so we can pick it up to clean it.

*Only small children may jump on the bed

*Studio owners may enter the studio at anytime

*No nails or screws are to be used in the walls, thumbtacks are fine, but remove them when you are done. 

*Love Them Wild Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

*If you damage an item you are subject to being charged for it

*If you find a damaged item, please notify the owner as soon as possible.

*If you need additional time and it is available, please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate. ​

BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECKLIST:

*props are put back in their proper location

*adjust heat back to eco mode if you have adjusted it

(please, utilities are expensive lol)

*lights are turned off (back right light is an emergency light and does not turn off)

*LOCK DOOR BEFORE PUTTING KEY IN LOCKBOX

Failure to lock door WILL result in a $50 fee. Do not pass key off to next renter, they need to input the code to ensure they have received the code and have actually booked a session.
